Start a return

Email support@shopelegante.online with your order reference, the item and the reason for the return. For a damaged or incorrect item, describe the problem and include photos where helpful.

Do not email card numbers, bank information, account passwords or identity documents.

Please include your order reference with the return. Contact support for instructions before dispatching it.

Refunds and payment plans

We will explain the status of your return and any refund or payment-plan adjustment. A return request alone does not confirm that a refund has been issued or that an installment balance has been canceled.

If you need to cancel an order before it ships, contact support as soon as possible.
