Your order

Review each item’s name, color, size, condition, quantity and price before paying. Original retail is a reference price. E&C merchandise prices are shown separately. Reference photos can illustrate a different color or condition; contact support if the listed details do not answer your questions. Availability is checked when an order is reserved. A payment receipt confirms payment, and a shipment notice confirms dispatch.

Pay in full

Pay-in-full purchases receive an extra 10% discount on the E&C merchandise price. The discount does not apply to tax or shipping. The final total appears before payment.

Delivery and returns

We deliver to the contiguous United States in U.S. dollars and dispatch within 3 business days. Standard shipping and handling, including packaging, is free when merchandise payments collected at checkout total $150 or more. For full payments, this means discounted merchandise; for installment orders, combined merchandise down payments. Tax and shipping do not count toward the threshold. Otherwise shipping and handling is $19.99 per order, not per item. Carrier transit time is additional. Expedited services are not offered at checkout.

We offer returns within 30 days after delivery. Contact support before returning an item for order identification and return instructions. Tell us promptly about damaged, incorrect or missing merchandise. Contact support as soon as possible to request cancellation before dispatch. A return request does not by itself confirm a refund or cancel a payment plan; we will confirm the return, refund and any plan adjustment in writing. Applicable consumer rights are preserved.

Down payment and 12 monthly payments

For an installment purchase, confirm that you have a bank account and a credit or debit card in your own name. Your order review shows the merchandise price, shipping, tax, total purchase, amount due today, remaining balance, and all 12 dated monthly payments. The last payment adjusts for cents so the schedule reconciles exactly. E&C charges no interest, late-payment fee or prepayment fee under this plan. Charges imposed by your own bank or card issuer are outside our plan. The pay-in-full merchandise discount is available only when you choose full payment at checkout.

New installment purchases require automatic monthly card payments. You must separately authorize ELEGANTE & CO LLC, through Stripe, to charge the selected payment method for the amounts and dates shown for this order. Authorization ends when the schedule is completed or canceled. You receive a copy in your receipt and account. To revoke future automatic payments, arrange early payoff, or discuss a failed payment, contact support. Revoking authorization does not cancel a valid unpaid balance; we will arrange a nonautomatic payment method. A failed payment can require authentication or updated payment details and may restrict future purchases. We do not report payments to credit bureaus.

Privacy and payment security

We use account, contact, delivery and order information to process purchases, manage payments, prevent fraud, provide support and keep business records. Stripe handles payment details. We do not store full card numbers. Hosting, payment, email and shipping providers receive the information needed to provide these services. We do not sell customer personal information or enroll you in marketing as a condition of purchase. Contact support about your information or account. We retain records needed for orders, taxes, disputes and legal obligations. Essential session cookies keep you signed in and protect forms; your bag is saved in your browser.
